The Swing Lip Dock Leveler is an electro-hydraulic device designed to bridge the gap and height difference between the warehouse floor and the truck bed. It ensures safe and efficient loading by allowing forklifts to drive directly into the vehicle. Operated by a single push button, the platform rises, and the swing lip extends to rest on the truck bed. The system ‘floats’ with the vehicle’s suspension during loading. Built with high-quality tear plate steel (6/8mm platform, 10/11mm lip), it is robust enough for 60kN (6 Ton) dynamic loads. The hydraulic system is completely closed, preventing dirt ingress and ensuring low maintenance.
