3. Products and Specifications We act as authorized distributors for various global brands (S-5!, Screworks, MPM, etc.). While we strive to ensure all technical descriptions and load charts are accurate, they are provided by the manufacturers.

• Suitability: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product selected is suitable for their specific application (e.g., ensuring a roof clamp fits your specific roof profile). We recommend consulting our technical team prior to purchase.

• Images: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color or design due to manufacturing updates.

4. Orders and Availability All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you with an estimated lead time (typically for imported items like High-Speed Doors or specialized Dock Levelers). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• Prices for imported goods are subject to fluctuation based on foreign exchange rates and custom duties. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of Proforma Invoice generation.

6. Liability and Warranty

• Product Warranty: Warranties (e.g., S-5! 25-Year Warranty) are provided directly by the original manufacturer. Right Warehousing Solutions LLP will assist in processing claims but is not the guarantor.

• Limitation of Liability: Right Warehousing Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.
