The Warehousing & Logistics sector witnessed a remarkable absorption of 37.8 million sq ft, marking a 21% increase compared to the previous year. This upward trend in absorption has been consistent since 2021, steadily rising year after year. Despite challenges such as dried-up investments in 2023, absorption levels have exceeded the pre-pandemic levels of 2019 by an impressive 15%.
